Zeiss Axio Observer Z1 inverted microscope equipped with a heated incubation chamber with CO2 supply.

Super-resolution (40nm) fluorescence image acquisition system to image specimen labelled with photo-activable probes (PALM) or regular fluorescent dyes (Alexa488, Atto647N,...).

PALM-ELYRA lasers enable probes excitation at 405, 488, 561 and 633 nm.

This system is also equipped with a TIRF module to image the first 200 nanometers of the specimen next to the coverslip.
